Clay Morton

Clay has 22 years of experience in building, real estate, and development. While studying business at the University of Arkansas, Clay built his first house as a junior in college. He has come to love the process from dirt work to completion. His evening career is coaching baseball and hanging out with his five kids. He is an avid Dodgers fan, loves a good game of golf, bike rides with his family, and a beautiful day on the Kings River. Fun fact, Clay is an amateur tonsorial artist.

Josh chatham

Josh is a graduate from The University of Alabama with a degree in Civil Engineering. He started his career in construction 7 years ago. He is an avid College football fan and loves spending time with his wife and 2 kids.

Phil Crabtree

Phil has been working in real estate and construction since graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2011 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Learning the business of construction alongside Clay has given Phil insight into a job he truly enjoys. Phil currently lives in Fayetteville with his wife and four kids. Having grown up in Kansas City, Phil is a passionate Chiefs Fan. In his free time Phil loves to work out at PF and can mow for hours without stopping.

Cory Meyer

Cory is a graduate from Kansas State with a Masters of Architecture. He started his career as a designer working for an architecture firm and has spent the last few years as a project manager for a general contractor. In his free time Cory loves to design and build custom furniture and spending time with his wife to kids. Fun fact, Cory can recite any movie quote from a comedy from the 2000s.

Deanna george

Deanna George joined Mission Contractors in April 2024 as the Office Administrator. She lives in Springdale, AR, with her husband and two children. When she is not working at the Mission Contractors' office, she is gardening, reading, writing, or spending time outdoors with her family. Deanna enjoys finding solutions that help our office function efficiently.

hayden beckwith

Hayden is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Arkansas and is based in Fayetteville. Known for his sharp, analytical mind, he brings smart problem-solving to the team. Fun fact, he can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under 25 seconds.

emmy kane

Emmy Kane has been helping clients navigate buying and selling real estate for twelve years, working throughout the incredible growth of both the Northwest Arkansas and Nashville, TN markets! Emmy, her husband Joe, and their four daughters are grateful to call the close-knit community of Fayetteville home. They love spending time with friends from school and church, being outdoors and traveling together!
